Hiring workflows

Data migration

Import candidates and jobs from CSV, or dry-run a pull from Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable — then commit under RLS when the preview looks right.

Where to open it

In the product: Settings → Data migration (also /t/<slug>/migrate).

CSV

Paste or upload a CSV. Common headers work:

  • Candidates: first_name, last_name, email, phone, headline, company, location, tags, job_code
  • Jobs: code, title, location, status, workplace_type, employment_type, department

Always run a dry-run first. Commit skips duplicate emails and existing job codes.

ATS connectors (API key)

  • Greenhouse — Harvest API key (Basic auth). Jobs + candidates.
  • Lever — API key (Basic auth). Postings + opportunities.
  • Workable — API token + account subdomain.

API keys are used only for the dry-run request and are never stored. Prefer a read-only key and revoke it after import. OAuth / partner apps for Greenhouse and Lever will be documented in a later release.
