Getting started
Create a workspace, invite your team, and open your first job in a few minutes.
- Sign up at app.otter.diy/signup and choose a workspace slug (used in URLs and inbound email).
- Invite teammates from Settings → Members. Roles: owner, admin, recruiter, hiring manager, interviewer, viewer.
- Create a job, set stages, and copy the inbound address from the job or workspace settings. See inbound email.
- Move candidates on the kanban pipeline. Press ? for shortcuts or ⌘K for the command palette.
